Agarthi is the name of the legendary realm of the inhabitants of the underworld. An idea that recurs in the imagination of many authors that I loved including Emerson, Poe, Verne, Burroughs. A utopian and mysterious place full of magic and harmony hidden from the eyes of the inhabitants of the surface. A constant inner journey in search of beauty.
I am Filippo Urso, born in Bologna in the late 70s. I studied aesthetic philosophy at Alma Mater in Bologna, and scenographic techniques at the Regio theater in Parma. I am a member of the Italian set designers, costume designers and interior designers. For twenty years I have been interested in the history of costume and fantastic imagination. A passion that over the years has become a job that today I share with my partner Barbara, and my two infernal mastiffs.
Each object we produce is the result of constant attention to detail and practicality. Whether it's a simple stage accessory, or a head-to-toe costume, we always try to please the human eye while adopting solutions that encourage its use, wearability and versatility. From an idea, a drawing, a photographic reference we carry out every single phase of the project from prototyping to the finished object.

Costs, times and further specifications (sizes, colors, materials, small metal parts) change from project to project but to get an idea, start by taking a look at the prices of our regular production that you always find available in our shop. Once the idea is stable together we will make you three different spending proposals: Silver, Gold and Diamond. Each proposal will have a cost and a number of details that will increase hand in hand. Once the project has been established in its details, price and timing of construction and shipping, we will proceed to create a custom listing ad hoc for you on our etsy shop.
